2. THE FORCIBLE MACHINERY OF ALL STATES (ARMIES, ARMED FORCES, STATE POLICE, STATE SECURITY SERVICE, STATE COURTS) IS LIQUIDATED. THE CHRISTMAS 2009 & NEW YEAR 2010 MESSAGE The basic direction of activity of the World Intellectual Elite Union, its academies, councils and committees is concentrated on stimulation and encouragement of fundamental discoveries, creation of a cult of knowledge and self-education and influence on development of the world by means of knowledge and intellect. (Neo-Platonists’ Dialogue)
Walking through the Moscow Izmailovo Park friends Albert and Michel were often discussing on eternal themes of wisdom, love, soul, unity, truth, natural law, justice, light, space-time, numbers, eternity etc. One day Michel asked Albert to discuss about Pythagoras in more detailed form.
M. When we were discussing on soul, unity and PARMENIDES you often remembered Pythagoras as the great Egyptian-Greek hierophant, the highest priest of wisdom.
Perhaps, now is time for a discussion about him and his ideas and life.
A. D’accord. Let’s begin since beginning of Pythagorean mind. How do you think about a number? What is the unit, what is the one?
M. I have read several books, which cover this theme. And the only thing I remember is I didn’t like their answers. Modern authors of such books do not, most probably, aware main basics of mathematics, and they use only metaphysical explanations.
From my point of view, the number is the first and easiest step to apprehend internal formal-logical world. According to my current level of knowledge, I accept the One as axiom and simplest brick of that world. I am eager to comprehend to things:
1. to explore formal-logical world as much as possible.
2. How that world controls our lives, in personal and cosmic scale.
A. Michel, I was supposing you’ll reply by Parmenides phrases because we understood that the unit as the unity is indefinite, indefinable, beyond the human comprehension , inexplicable , unimaginable, inexpressible for human mind and consciousness one is too difficult for cognition. Remember, please, when a schoolchild solving an arithmetic task with vulgar fraction understands with great difficulty how is it possible to accept different things as a field, work etc. as the one, as the unit. And only after verification he was agreed to accept any thing for the unit. Therefore, we agree to accept the unit for practice, we accept as an axiom, but we never understand it! As Plato following later Pythagoras and Parmenides said it’s necessary to be the very wise to understand what is the unit. It’s enough.
Now my next question: How can we obtain two from the unit? How and where Plato said about it? Why we can include ourselves into the unit and exclude from the unit simultaneously?
M. It’s truly, we cannot include the unit outside an axiomatic system. And we can obtain nothing
doing not postulate some rules or essence in addition to the unit. There are same foundations both in mathematics and in physics where exist some axiomatic systems. Two thousand years ago one thought that the unique system of axioms exists in arithmetic and geometry, but Plato understood that one can add different rules to the unit: addition and division only to obtain two from the unit.
A. Certainly, Plato said it in his dialogue PHAEDO (97a,b). And only by abstract thinking and
abstract thought we are able to divide things and notions, to imagine the unit and our inclusion into and exclusion from it.
Now let’s come back to Pythagorean system. What is One? It’s the unit, therefore, God, unity, intellect, mind, wisdom. What is Two? Two is the cosmos, visible, material, of suffering.
Two is also knowledge. Three is an opinion. Four is a sensation, a feeling. Thus we obtain an hierarchy, pyramide : 1+2+3+4=10.
Pythagoras naming his doctrine "philosophy" had postulated that numbers and its proportions are the very principles , harmonies. Unity-God and his creature as nature are communicating in mathematical language where number is first principle, mean, beginning and sign. Compactification and, therefore, understanding, cognition of information on universe, mind, knowledge, on virtual, possible worlds are achieved by the only, mathematical way beginning since number. Further mathematical categories have not a number nature, then we’d come to homogeneous infinity, but all they have same abstract, compact, sign nature, generalizing essence.

CONTENANT
STATUTE
1. Main Principles
1.1. Contenant is the World non-governmental public Union of organizations, groups and individuals for intellectual, ecological, cultural development of peoples. Contenant is the World Intellectual Elite Union (l'Union Mondiale de l'Elite Intellectuelle - UMEI-WIEU) in the exercise of trade union rights.
1.2. Acting in conformity with the United Nations Declarations, the ILO and UNESCO conventions, the standards of international law the Contenant is organizing its departments, is authorizing its representatives, is participating in recognition, legalization of diplomas (certificates), academic degrees, in certification and support for talented & gifted people studying fundamentals and global problems.
1.3. Contenant awards international licences and prizes for intellectual activity, founds public groups & organizations in education, science and culture.
1.4. Contenant as an union of intellectual groups & organizations and individuals holds the International Register of Intellectual Groups & Organizations (IRIGO) with an issue of Certificates on the International Public Registration.
1.5. Contenant facilitates the ''Blue'' (intellectual), the ''Green" (ecological) and other human public movements. 1.6.The World Platonist's Academy of Science and Arts is the main scientific-cultural department and the ideological center of the Contenant.
1.7.The Thoth-Pythagoras-Plato-Ptolemy's Wisdom Temple is the Initiation Center of the Contenant.
2. Membership
2.1. Members are elected on a general (telecommunication) conference by majority vote.
2.2. Every member (individual) has a right to create, to act and to use his results & achievements, intellectual property independently.
2.3. Organizations and sponsors may be elected as associated members.
2.4. The entrance fee and installments are fixed by departments and branches of Contenant.
2.5. The membership is voluntary. A withdrawal of members is realized on their withdrawal applications basis.
3. Authorities
3.1. Contenant elects its Presidium, including President, Secretary General on a general (telecommunications) conference by majority vote for five years.
3.2. The Honorary President, the Honorary Presidium Members, the Honorary Fellows are elected in perpetuity (as immortal) by majority vote.
4. Representatives
4.1. Plenipotentiaries and Representatives of Contenant are appointed by President or Secretary General and act according to rules of international law and this Statute.
4.2. Representatives have their plenary powers delegated to them on the strength of credentials certified by President or Secretary General.
5. Places of headquarters and residences
5.1. Places of Initiation are Paris (France), Monte-Carlo(Monaco), Luxor (Egypt).
5.2. Places of the Statute registration and Residences of Plenipotentiaries and National Departments are in any country where they are realized.
5.3. Place of Headquarters is one of the President's residences.
This Statute has been accepted and confirmed on general conference in Paris, Nice (France), Monte-Carlo (Monaco) (1994, July 13-18).

1996, May 29
The World Intellectual Elite Union (WIEU) - CONTENANT - is an open, voluntary non-governmental international institution (organization, union, syndicate) /in exercise of trade union's rights/ for representation and protection of the intellectual world member's interests. Individual and associated members signed, joint up, supported this Convention, being guided by a self-determination principle of the intellectual world, concerning for mankind's future, taking international law tendencies into consideration, have consented to the following
ARTICLE 1
A convention with its inalienable appendices and ratification deeds is crucial act in the exercise of the world referendum rights /in frame of international law/ if numbers if signatures for it are superior in numbers to signatures for a convention with a contrary, contradictory content.
ARTICLE 2
The world citizenship for the Contenant members is established. This citizenship is certified by the World citizen's passport /in English, French and national language/ recommended for governments, authorities to recognize it as a document enjoying full rights to leave and to enter the country for residence in any place without a visa (a permit).
ARTICLE 3
The public registration of international intellectual groups and organizations with issue of a license (a permission) to practise intellectual activity is established. Name of a registered&licensed group (organization) is entered on the list (The World Public Register) of international intellectual organizations.
ARTICLE 4
An authenticity (an equality) of international and national certificates (diplomas), academic degrees, ranks are recognized on the basis of the Table of the Authenticity. Certificates (diplomas) issued by institutions registered, licensed by Contenant are recognized as documents being not in need of national, governmental recognition, legalization, nostrification etc.
ARTICLE 5
This Convention is made in English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, German, Japan, moreover its every copy is authentic.
The holder of this Convention and its Ratification Deeds is the CONTENANT.

Любовной мудростью Платон,
Безумной страстью мне Хафиз.
Казалось, будто снится сон,
А оказалось – просто жизнь.
Как нравится мне Пифагор!
Он нравственный он помнит всё!
Найду Конфуция лицо:
Порядок в государстве Го.
Пришла небесная Любовь.
И Истина, вся в озареньях.
И ставшая уже презренной,
Жизнь осветилась от трудов.
Любовь прекрасную Саади
В благоухании от роз
Шираза ветер мне донёс.
То впереди, что было сзади…

Опять приснился мне Чайковский:
Мы слушали его концерт.
И он мне тихо на балконе Сонату новую напел.
Его, как мог, я утешал
И говорил: «Важней, чем Пушкин,
Вы лирой чувства воскреша,
Небесным одарили слухом…
В прекрасном танце лебедей
Пал мир пред вами на колени.
И только Ваш предвечный гений
Творит из мрака светлый день…»
Вечерело.
Ша и Ка За столом сидели, ели.
Слышно плакала вода.
Птицы полюбовно пели.
По-английски вторил Су,
Потакая чувствам Ша,
Встретившего вдруг красу.
А меня несла мечта:
Мысль в объятьях суперструн,
Все симметрии нарушив,
Словно поле Хиггса, вдруг,
обволакивает судьбы,
даря им любви возможность
и Гармонии полёт.
Из иллюзий соткан ложных
Мир реальный наперёд.

Как оказался вдруг ты здесь?
Твой вечный дух …
И в детском теле?
Смотри, играй!
Но здесь не весь –
Выходишь за края вселенной.
Вонзаясь мыслью в абсолют
В плену сетей шальных абстракций,
Ты чувствуешь:
теперь поют
По-новому, но столь же страстно.
И закипает в жилах кровь,
Чтоб крылья мысли дать и волю.
Ты так судьбу свою соткёшь,
Что мог бы с Фаустом поспорить.
В своём природном превосходстве,
Став Богом, слившись с ним на миг,
Прочувствуешь всё слишком остро,
Шедевры в мыслях сотворив…

И мысленно с собою споря,
На колеснице на бегу
Цезарь поправляет тогу:
Я победителем войду.
Охвачен был земною страстью:
Сколь низменной бывает ночь.
Но разум всё же столь прекрасен,
Что чувства удаляет прочь.
Надменный взор – смешная маска.
Добро скрывает взгляд орла.
Проходит упоенье властью.
Душа останется одна.
И почему так одиноко?
И для чего мне помнить смерть?
В истории бездушно строки
Останутся навек чернеть…
Стихи чужие наизусть
Учить нас в школе заставляют.
Как вспомнишь, праведная грусть
Приходит как возвестник рая.
Писать, поэты, будем так,
Чтоб нас читать не задавали,
Чтоб мы являлись лишь в мечтах,
Летали, пели и играли.
И нашей лёгкости такой
Не следует никак учиться.
Блеснуть случайною звездой
И озарить, и взмыться птицей –
Наверно, высший наш удел…
Явив безмерную влюблённость,
Ну оторвитесь вы от дел
На миг небесно-потаённый.
Стремление понять язык,
Которым говорит природа,
Стремленье нового достичь
И строить мир красиво, строго, -
Таким пришёл Бернхард Симон
И создал рай здесь – Бад Рагац,
Чтоб благостью термальных вод
Всяк пользоваться был горазд.
Как очищенье от страданий
Силою подземных вод
Увидел Парацельс здесь благо,
Поверив, что придёт Симон.
Скрестив классичность Петербурга
С альпийским лесом, горным снегом,
Симона гений всё, что трудно,
Преодолел и слился с небом.
Бродили в парке QUELLENHOFа
Три тела, наслаждаясь летом.
Английский шёл совсем не плохо, Но Ша в любви горел при этом.
Бразильской девы пышны формы
Влекли, манили, соблазняли.
Себя в плену любовных оргий
Он представлял почти что явно.
Ахматовский он был красавец –
Да, сероглазый тот король,
Что в юной страсти был оставлен
Как повторение имён.
И для бразильской девы чудом
Запомнится сей странный миг.
И зиппердауны повсюду
Восстанут первыми людьми.
Ахматовой бурбонский профиль
И хриплый голос нараспев,
Наперекор всем всё успев,
Продолжить их упорно просят.
Но я, Альберт, другой немного;
Бывает стыдно мне признать,
Что счастья мне подарен знак,
Хоть совпадаю я любовью.
Страданий разделяю толк –
Пусть для меня лишь виртуальность –
Кармен на смоли с розой алой
И страсть гуляют между строк…

Мы в Питере
И с Хуанитой
В день пышных Алых парусов,
Трудом на время позабыты,
На Лиговском
В жаре трусцой,
На тротуаре у пивной
Вдруг слышим страстный монолог
церебротоника в трусах:
«Ты же ведь такой тупой!
Как экзамены ты смог?!
Ты же ведь такой тупой!» -
Повторял, как будто впрок.
А суворовец внимал,
Наклонившись головой,
Понимал – не понимал:
Ну и что, что столь тупой?
Нужно ль на стезе военной
Быть ещё и с головой?
От Пушкина очарованье,
Изысканно-блестящий дух,
Шагов в лицее гулкий звук;
На пиру как гость незваный,
Но призванный на время пусть
Между мирами проводник
Нас с тихим трепетом водил…
Блистали залы и фонтаны,
Дышал сиренью томно парк,
И красотою первозданной
Парис таинственно сверкал.
Наткнувшись на стихи Парни
И на проделки Апулея,
Любви земной цветы сорви
И не зациклись, и смелее
К вершинам горним Устремись,
Чтоб Вечный Дух Тебя лелеял.
Ша сочиняет рэп
Словно Шекспир сонет
Но излучая свет
Он падает в кювет
Оригинальны мысли
Но путаны слова
И может всё повиснуть
Коль голова плоха
Он сильный
Настоящий
В нём добрая душа
И разгораться ярче
Пора теперь пришла
И он уже не мальчик
Мужчина
Полный сил
Построить жизнь иначе
Себе он говорит
Пусть не хватает опыта
Наивен и открыт
Познать скорее хочется
Все прелести любви
И чтобы независимым
Летать
Свободно жить
Мало быть
Лишь искренним
В общении с людьми
Надо видеть насквозь
И понимать других
И поддавшись ласкам
Не лохом есть с руки
Умыслы под масками
Надо разгадать
В своём деле мастером
И трудягой стать
Относиться бережно
Чётко выполнять
С грязными и грешными
Лучше меру знать
И проблемы острые
самому решать
расцвести
наполниться

Стихи писать не мой каприз –
Услышать их желает небо.
В раю читает их Хафиз.
И тот поэт, ещё что не был.
Писать стихи – то не желанье –
Программы жёсткий то диктат.
Небытие быть хочет явью,
А мне послушным хоть бы стать.
У птицы, падающей вниз,
Натянуты, как струны, крылья,
Чтоб взвиться в небо через миг.
И так поэт:
Что есть, всё выльет…
Стена с проёмами для окон –
Всё, что останется от Альп.
Подняться в горы – вот морока:
Всевышний тут меня достал.
И вдруг, как Цезарь, озарён,
Я вижу краткую дорогу.
И труден путь, загадок полн;
Смеётся местный: ну попробуй!
В балетной обуви в ночи
Взбираюсь по крутому руслу.
Собаки, змеи… Выпь кричит…
И вот врата, высоки, узки…
Внизу приклеенная жизнь
Гирляндами к долине горной.
Тут клиника и Paradies –
Молчу – не выдержат ведь строки.

Меня давно на свете нет –
Остались пламенные строки.
Счастливый, радостный поэт,
А вот стихи готовы спорить,
Смешные мысли пробуждать,
Порою грусть и даже горечь,
Но лучше – побуждать писать
И вдохновлять, и даже строить
Воздушные красивы замки.
Нежно-голубой их свет
Пронизывает первозданно
Любовью образы во сне.
Когда же спросят:
Ну откуда
Пророческий и грех, и смех?
Ведь длился День
в то время Судный.
Ответят тихо: был Альберт…

Совсем тут рядом
За горами
В сверканье моря
Тонет Ницца
И солнце
обдавая жаром
стремится
в красоту влюбиться
С детьми
Там Лена и Олег
Подножье гор
Квартал английский
Живут
И в перепеве лет
Мелькают
Города и лица
В надеждах
Побеждает свет
А прошлое
В тумане
Снится
И поздравленья шлёт Альберт
Из Цюриха Олегу в Ниццу

Альпийский дождь туманный
Под звон колоколов
Тринадцатого
было то июля
В Шамиле оживал
вдруг острослов
В ком образ агрессивный
жил лютуя
Сплин множили английские слова
Но музыка
Иная совершенно
Спускалась в голову с небес
была нежна
порой строга
и исчезала вдруг мгновенно
и странных мыслей ход
лишь время разрушало
мозаикой врываясь в летний дождь
Шёл пилигрим
В одежде обветшалой
И кто-то умирал
Кому-то не спалось

Камиль в бассейне
Так заливался смехом
Как заяц в мультике «Ну погоди!»
Под небом Бад Рагаца
Ярким летом
Попробуй эту рыбку догони
Чтоб вырваться
из цепких рук Альберта
зовёт Шамиля:
«Братик, помоги!»
Шамиль готов
Спасительною жертвой
На помощь братику
Прийти
И вот в сетях
Большою сильной рыбой
Вращается кусает и скользит
И вырвался совсем уж было
Но пойман
Съеден
Что ж
Прости

И что такое Власть
Слепая воля
Сознательная сила
Над нею быть
Быть с нею
Или пред ней упасть
Сознаньем управлять
Со знаньем дела
Начинать играть
И только побеждать
В победы
пораженья обращая
на нескольких полях
идеи начертать
из будущего образы увидев
и побеждать
И побеждать
во благо всем устраивая диво

Живут Алиса с Вероникой
В Тюмени
С бабушкой всё лето
Блестят глаза
Горят ланиты
Где реверансы
Пируэты
И где занятия при этом
Словно таёжные цветы
Повёрнутые ликом к солнцу
не в силах чувственно остыть
Пусть лето
В сердце остаётся
Как детства свет
В душе оконцем
Как важен
В памяти Нам свет
Всю жизнь потом
Он будет сниться
Так поздравляет Вас Альберт
И Веронику И Алису
И шифр судьбы
И формула персоны
И высший смысл любви
И мудрости расцвет
За шагом шаг
К той истине приводят
Что в небо восхождение
даёт прямой ответ
когда звеном
мостом
ты чувствуешь
себя проводником
всебытия
мышления
и жизни
когда сливаешься с Единым
становишься сам смыслом
и так живёшь
как будто нет тебя
когда становишься
для мира запредельным
в итоге воспаренья
всё любя

Внимательные карие глаза.
Запишет подсознание Камиля,
Заметит всё Сознанье,
Чтоб сказать,
Когда урочный час наступит.
У биороботов всё включено…
И если мир столь глупый,
Тем хуже для него...
А мозг работает быстрее.
Во всём порядок и закон.
И справедливость душу греет.
И кажется ещё – влюблён.
Ему желаю силы Интеллекта
И власти Знания и Воли,
Небесно-голубых симфоний лета,
Здоровья и счастливой доли.
